We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) with at least 10 years of experience.

The best candidate is upbeat and excels in professionalism, communication, and patience. 

The CSR services our customers by providing attentive and timely product information, answering product and service questions, and supplying information about new and existing products.  This candidate will provide courteous customer service, over the phone, via chat and email. They will process orders and positively fulfill all other customer needs.
