Title: Marketing Manager

How long have you been in the PHCP-PVF industry?

Five years and eight months, all with Texas Pipe & Supply.

What drew you into the industry?

I began my marketing career in the hospitality industry and was intrigued by the prospect of a 360-degree pivot into PVF with the opportunity at Texas Pipe. PVF distributors and manufacturers impact every facet of modern life, and I was interested to learn more about this world. And it’s not every day as a creative professional that you get to work for a brand with such rich history and 100+ years of commitment to their customers.

What is the most rewarding aspect of working in the industry?

There is a wealth of hidden opportunity in the PVF industry for creative professionals, who often overlook industrial fields because of the presumption that design, writing, video, and content creation aren’t important factors for these businesses. That can’t be farther from the truth. It has been extremely rewarding to develop a creative career in PVF as it allows me to do what I love and have meaningful impact on our customers’ experience with our brands.

What motivates you every day?

Leading and working alongside the talented members of my Marketing team. It’s inspiring to combine brains, skillsets, and backgrounds to develop unique, creative marketing solutions.

What is one thing you wish more people knew/understood about the PHCP-PVF industry?

I wish the public understood how specialized PHCP-PVF professionals become over the course of their career versus other industries – whether in sales, purchasing, transportation, technicians, engineering, manufacturing, etc. And that so many critical functions of our country rely on these talented individuals knowing their craft and doing it right, and not on computers or algorithms. Trades are vital.

What has been your proudest moment in your career so far?

A career highlight was launching our website for the Texas Pipe Family of Companies (tpsfamilyco.com) after many months of planning, development, and collaboration.

What is one thing most people don’t know about you?

I have fine arts training and make large format oil paintings when I have time.

“Chloe has managed to be able to handle everything from Marketing to travel schedules to event planning for all of TPS 12 company's. Also, as a woman been able to be a great example and role model for many at the company as they look to see how they can expand their roles in the PVF Industry.

Along with being smart and talented she is always willing to of the extra mile and take time out of her busy schedule to help employees reach their full potential and learn more about the industry.”
