How long have you been in the PHCP-PVF industry?

12 Total years with Ferguson, nine of those years on the Builder side of the business, and three of those years on the Trade/HVAC side of the business.

What drew you into the industry?

At first, I understood all the parts on the finished goods side, but I wanted to learn all aspects of the business. That’s what drew me to the PVF industry; it plays a key role in how everything comes together. I’ve always been interested in how all the parts work and connect, and PVF is a big part of that foundation.

What is the most rewarding aspect of working in the industry?

The most rewarding part of the PVF industry is being in a field that’s growing and gaining recognition. There’s a stronger focus on trades now, and it's great to be a part of something so essential with real career growth and long-term opportunities.

What is one thing you wish more people knew/understood about the PHCP-PVF industry?

I wish more people understood how essential the PFV industry is to everything we rely on, from homes to major infrastructures. It's not just about pipes and fittings; it's an essential part of many industries.

What has been your proudest moment in your career so far?

My proudest moment of my career has been helping develop future leaders in the industry. There's nothing more rewarding than seeing someone grow in their role, gain confidence, and take on new challenges.

What is one thing most people don’t know about you?

One thing people might not know about me is that I really enjoy reading fiction books! It’s my way to unwind and reset outside of work!
