How long have you been in the PHCP-PVF industry?

I’ve been proud to be part of the PHCP-PVF industry for 11 years.

What drew you into the industry?

Growing up, my parents bought a new home in a neighborhood where homes & construction were constantly underway. I was endlessly curious—sneaking into unfinished houses just to watch the process unfold. I was fascinated by how everything came together behind the scenes, from the structure to the systems that made the homes livable. That early exposure sparked my passion for design, functionality, and the built environment, ultimately leading me into this industry.

What is the most rewarding aspect of working in the industry?

Seeing a project come to life—from concept to completion—is incredibly fulfilling. There’s something special about knowing you played a role in building something that serves people every day.

What motivates you every day?

Aside from having three little mouths to feed (which definitely keeps me on my toes!), I’m driven by the desire to be someone others can look up to. I want my company to be proud to have me on their team and to be known as someone who brings positivity and purpose to everything I do.

What is one thing you wish more people knew/understood about the PHCP-PVF industry?

The PHCP-PVF industry is the backbone of modern infrastructure. It’s not just about pipes and fittings—it’s about innovation, sustainability, and creating systems that keep our homes, businesses, and communities running smoothly. There’s a deep level of expertise and collaboration involved that often goes unnoticed, but it’s absolutely essential.

What has been your proudest moment in your career so far?

During COVID, I gave birth to spontaneous triplets and spent a significant amount of time in the hospital. Returning to work was a tough decision, but I knew it was the right one. I wanted to prove—to myself and others—that you can be a dedicated professional and a loving, present mother. I’m proud of showing up every day and continuing to grow.

What is one thing most people don’t know about you?

As I mentioned above, I am a proud mother to spontaneous triplet boys! I also love to read. My goal is to read about 20-25 books every year.
