How long have you been in the PHCP-PVF industry?

I have been in the PHCP-PVF industry for 13 years.

What drew you into the industry?

I was introduced to the industry through a family friend who has been in the business for 20 years. I interviewed for a warehouse position and began working my way up over my 13 years. I found the industry interesting and rewarding and loved it ever since.

What is the most rewarding aspect of working in the industry?

The most rewarding aspect of this industry is the long-term relationships you make and maintain over the years. What begin as business relationships grow into genuine friendships over the years. It's exciting to witness each other’s growth and success along the way.

What motivates you every day?

What motivates me each day is seeing how far we've come and envisioning how much further we can go. I enjoy taking on new challenges and exploring new opportunities for our company, and continuing to build on our decades of success.

What is one thing you wish more people knew/understood about the PHCP-PVF industry?

I wish more people knew the opportunities that are in this industry. People assume that this field is only doing manual labor or just working a warehouse job. This industry can put you in buildings and in front of people you would have never thought of. You get to be part of major renovations, new construction, and infrastructure in your community day in and day out.

What has been your proudest moment in your career so far?

One of the proudest moments of my career so far was being part of a project called S.O.M.E (So Others May Eat). I was selected to be the primary supplier of all plumbing materials needed for the building construction. The building is used to help the less fortunate in the community with food, housing, and hygiene needs. Being able to be part of a project that gives back to the community felt extremely rewarding and was a true honor. It’s a project I’ll always reflect on, and I hope to contribute to similar projects in the future.

What is one thing most people don’t know about you?

One thing people do not know about me is that I’m a huge Harry Potter fan! I’ve probably seen each movie at least 15 times. I dominate in Harry Potter trivia nights.
