How long have you been in the PHCP-PVF industry?

Almost nine years.

What drew you into the industry?

I wanted to work in an industry that people need. Heating, cooling, and water heating products keep people healthy and businesses up and running. I am proud to work in an industry that adds so much value.

What is the most rewarding aspect of working in the industry?

Manufacturing products that are not only critical to the health and sanitation of our nation but can also reduce energy consumption, creating a more sustainable future.

What motivates you every day?

Knowing how important what we do is to our customers.

What is one thing you wish more people knew/understood about the PHCP-PVF industry?

Just how much skill and expertise this industry requires. The incredible plumbers, contractors, technicians, engineers, and tradespeople who support it deserve the utmost respect for everything they do.

What has been your proudest moment in your career so far?

Seeing the incredible advances my CX team has made over the past 2 years to better serve our customers.

What is one thing most people don’t know about you?

Growing up, I spent 9 years living in the UK.
