How long have you been in the PHCP-PVF industry?

I have been in the industry for 11 years and 7 months.

What drew you into the industry?

My grandmother worked for NIBCO for 35 years, and my mother, who is approaching her 40-year milestone, is currently a director there. Growing up around their dedication and success, I saw firsthand the impact and opportunity this industry offers. I knew that if I wanted to build a meaningful career, this industry could provide that path.

What is the most rewarding aspect of working in the industry?

The most rewarding aspect of working in the industry has been meeting people across all areas—from sales associates and contractors to customer service representatives and our wholesale customers. Each person has their own unique journey and valuable insight to share, and I have found that when you take the time to truly listen, you can learn something valuable from everyone.

What motivates you every day?

My husband Jake and our two children, Finley and Mia, are my everything. They are my motivation to always do better every day.

What is one thing you wish more people knew/understood about the PHCP-PVF industry?

One thing I wish more people understood about the PHCP-PVF industry is just how deeply it touches every aspect of daily life. It’s powered by incredibly dedicated people whose expertise and passion drive a dynamic, forward-thinking industry.

What has been your proudest moment in your career so far?

My proudest moment in my career so far is receiving this nomination. I am surrounded by so many talented individuals in the industry, which makes me feel incredibly humbled and grateful. Being chosen for this opportunity is an honor that makes my younger self proud and my current self deeply thankful.

What is one thing most people don’t know about you?

I have an old soul and love everything about the ’60s and ‘70s—my idol is Audrey Hepburn.
